BLOXS modular house: The compact one
Our BLOXS LIVING 50 modular home is a spacious 2-room model that offers enough room for your furniture as well as a wide kitchenette. The model has a spacious living/dining area, a separate bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with a large shower. Access is via a large entrance door at the rear in the kitchen area.
In the living area, there is enough space for a dining table, a spacious sofa and a wall unit or sideboard. A special highlight is the wide lift-and-slide element, which provides a beautiful view to the outside and lets in plenty of natural light. A comfortable double bed can be set up in the bedroom. There is also space for a 200 cm wide closet and even a desk if required.
The house also has a compact utility room with separate access, which has space for the building services. You can also set up your washing machine here if you don't want to integrate it into the kitchen unit.

Front façade in aluminum composite panel technology in selected RAL colors (other colors and decors partly subject to surcharge). Remaining façade parts in plaster façade, color white.

Upscale bathroom fittings with tiles and WC ceramics from Villeroy & Boch, bathroom fittings from hansgrohe and pre-wall systems from Geberit, incl. floor-to-ceiling shower tray. Without shower enclosure.
